Kielce, 20 November 1948, 4.00 p. m. Jan Zielono from the Criminal Investigation Section of the Citizens’ Militia Station in Kielce, with the participation of court reporter Marian Poniewierka, interviewed the person named below as a witness. Having been advised of the criminal liability for making false declarations and of the wording of Article 140 of the Penal Code, the witness testified as follows:

Name and surname Akinin Bazyli
Parents’ names Łukasz and Ciekla
Age 46 years old
Place of birth Włodawa, Włodawa county
Religious affiliation Roman Catholic
Occupation carpenter
Place of residence Kielce, Dolny-Pakosz Street 48

As for the Hasag factory at Młynarska Street in Kielce, during the German occupation I saw how a Volksdeutsch whose surname I do not remember executed three Jews and one Pole (Stanisław Buski) in the carpentry workshop on the premises of the Hasag factory, and towards the end of 1944 the camp was liquidated and all Jews were deported.

The report was read out.
