As to the circumstances of the arrest of Czesław Obertyński by the gendarmes, I testify as follows:
I know that in 1944 (I don’t remember an exact date), in the small hours, the gendarmes took Czesław Obertyński, son of Aleksander and Helena, born 2 December 1890, and executed him at the Stadium in Kielce together with several other people whose surnames I don’t know.
