JAN KUROWSKI

Kielce, 6 November 1948. Stanisław Gałka from the Citizens’ Militia Station in Kielce, with the participation of court reporter Edward Pękalski, interviewed the person named below as a witness. Having been advised of the criminal liability for making false declarations and of the wording of Article 140 of the Penal Code, the witness testified as follows:

In 1943, Michał Hrycuk was taken from Trzemosna village in Kielce district, together with his friend Stanisław Gutowski, who had been incarcerated in Kielce prison (as I heard from the local community). On 14 December 1943, he was executed in Herby.
