Kielce, 7 November 1948. Jan Zielono from the Citizens’ Militia Station in Kielce, with the participation of court reporter Edward Pękalski, heard the person named below as a witness. Having been advised of the criminal liability for making false declarations and of the wording of Article 140 of the Penal Code, the witness testified as follows:

Name and surname Głuszczyński Antoni

Relationship to the parties son

On 21 August 1944, during the German occupation, my son was taken from Kolejowa Street by the Gestapo, and he was murdered on 6 September 1944 at the Stadium by the ski jump.

I would like to emphasize that my son took part in the resistance movement and worked for the good of the Poles, but I do not know of which organization he was a member.
