1) Caja Jan, 32 years old, postman,

2) Lewandowski Zdzisław, 34 years old, commune worker,

3) Borycki Jan, 48 years old, Górno commune administrator,

4) Kaleta Jan, 40 years old, farmer.

The above mentioned people were from Wola Jachowa, Górno commune. The rest of victims are unknown, since they were brought in from Daleszyce and Nowa Słupia communes.

4. Is it known what the victims were accused of, whether the execution was carried out in retaliation, etc.?

They were murdered for resistance activity.

5. Who carried out the execution?

“Kalmyks” in uniforms of German soldiers.

6. Are the surnames of the perpetrators known?

Unknown.

7. Were the corpses burnt or destroyed in any other way?

They were handed over to the families.

8. Where were the corpses buried?

In relevant parish cemeteries.

9. Description of the grave:

Each victim was buried separately.

10. Was there an official exhumation? Were the corpses buried officially, and if so, where?

No

11. Are there any grounds for exhumation in the future?

There is no such need.

On 28 September 1945, the contents of the above questionnaire were officially certified by Jan Zielonka, the head of Górno commune, with the Municipal Court in Daleszyce.
