As regards the present case, I am aware of the following facts: On 29 June 1943 German
gendarmes arrived and carried out a sweep operation in the village of Dębno, detaining among

others the following people: Feliks Szymek; Katarzyna Bzymek and her family – Bronisława, Mieczysław and Anna, Jan Kucharski, Jan Binkowski, Stanisław Binkowski, Anna Piwowarczyk, Jan Piwowarczyk, Stanisław Wiącek, Marianna Lesisz, Antoni Lesisz, Stanisław Pepaś, Józef Dyk, Władysław Dyk, Władysław Michalski, Piotr Matys, Paweł Matys, Stanisław Telka, Marianna Telka, Józef, Kazimierz and Jan Telka, Jadwiga and Marianna Łebek, Maria Łakomiec, Franciszek Rak, Stanisław Łebek, Władysław Lesisz, Stanisław Lesisz, and Eugenia Dwojewska.

The names of the abovementioned persons were read out from a list. I do not know who wrote the list. Having been thus selected, these people were executed and buried near the local cemetery in Dębno, commune of Słupia Nowa. The execution was carried out by German gendarmes, expressly instructed to shoot these persons. I do not know the surnames of the German murderers, for they were strangers, and were stationed in the township of Święta Katarzyna, commune of Bodzentyn, district of Kielce. I would like to add that the victims were accused of being members of an underground organization, and had been reported as such by Stefan Smarzyński and Franciszek Witek, who worked for the Germans.

At this point the report was brought to a close and read out before being signed by the witness.
