The victims were brought in from: They were residents of Tymienica Stara.

Surname, age, occupation, address: Jan Lusek, 71 years old, a farmer, his grandson

Zdzisław, 12 years old, and granddaughter Eugenia, 14 years old.

4. Is it known what the victims were accused of, whether the execution was carried out in retaliation, etc.?

They were murdered because of the son who was wanted by the Germans.

5. Who carried out the execution (gendarmes, Gestapo men, SS men, policemen, the Wehrmacht)?

Gendarmerie.

6. Are the surnames of the perpetrators known? (Give the surnames).

Unknown.

7. Were the corpses burnt or destroyed otherwise (where)?

They were shot. Their son laid them to rest in the cemetery in the village of Tymienica.

8. Where were the corpses buried (provide the exact location)?

In the cemetery in Tymienica.

In one grave – three people.

On 1 October 1945, the contents of the above questionnaire were officially certified by Władysław Sowiński, the head of Chotcza commune, with the Municipal Court in Lipsko.
