As regards the murder of my son, Marian, I know that on 15 December 1944, during arrests in and pacification of the Białaczów settlement, Opoczno district, my 21-year-old son, Marian, was arrested in Białaczów together with: 1) Józef Kobuszewski, 2) Bolesław Siemiątkowski from Warsaw and 3) Józef Raulinajtys from Żyrardów, 19 years old.
The above named men, having been cuffed, were taken by the Gestapo and the gendarmerie beyond the estate of Białaczów, stripped naked next to a ready-made pit and murdered in a bestial way with shots to the back of the head and other body parts (at random). Then the murderers buried them in a pit 140 centimeters deep, which they then filled and leveled by walking and trampling over it.
Eight days later the bodies were transferred to the cemetery in Białaczów.
I would like to emphasize that on the same day on which they murdered my son and the three other men, the gendarmerie and the Gestapo arrested 16 people and transported them to the prison in Tomaszów [Mazowiecki], Łódź voivodeship.
I would like to add that my son was active in the resistance under the pseudonym of “ Łabędź” in a Home Army unit.
At this the report was concluded, read out and signed.
