In the case of people who were murdered or deported to concentration camps, I can and am providing the following facts, which can be confirmed by all residents of the village of Petrykozy. In the autumn of 1943, citizen Kazimierz Ziębaczewski was taken from his own barn and bestially murdered by shooting in the forest by the village of Parczów, where he was not only murdered, but also buried. The murder was perpetrated by the gendarmes from Opoczno.

Next, they murdered Bronisław Duda and his wife, Marianna. This murder was committed in Olszyny, in the vicinity of the victims’ mill in Petrykozy, because Bronisław Duda had commanded a Home Army unit. The bestial execution was carried out by the gendarmes and the Gestapo men from Opoczno.

People who were deported to concentration camps and never returned:

1) Teofil Nuda, 2) Walenty Ukasik, 3) Józef Ukasik, 4) Jan Siuda, a student, 5) Antoni Wiaderny, 6) Józef Banasik.

All were residents of the village of Petrykozy, Białaczów commune.

They were arrested by the gendarmerie and the Gestapo.

I also submit the surnames of the people who came back from the camps:

1) Olesiński (a teacher), 2) Andrzej Siuda, 3) Stanisław Siuda, 4) Stanisław Siuda, son of Julian.

The above mentioned men who returned from concentration camps currently live in Petrykozy, Białaczów commune, Opoczno district.

This is all I know in the present case.

At this the report was concluded, read out and signed.
