I know Untersturmführer Kapke from Wolanów, where there was a camp in which anti-aircraft weapons were manufactured. In 1942, Kapke and the "Ukrainians" shot 114 people. These people were executed at the market place in Wolanów. The victims were chosen by Lagerführer and the "Ukrainians" carried out the execution. Kapke also took an active part in shooting these people. I would like to emphasize that I was among those who were standing in line and waiting for their fate, and were later ordered to bury the corpses, mostly of women and children.

On 1 May 1943, Kapke executed 15 people brought from Radom. Among them were my friends: Fischmann, Mendel Bojman and Brajman. Shortly afterwards Kapke arrived once again to execute three laborers who had fallen asleep during work. The sentence was again carried out in Wolanów.

I declare, in lieu of an oath, that the above is true to facts. I am aware of the criminal liability for making false declarations. I am ready to appear before a court as a witness.
