Having been advised of the criminal liability for making false declarations, the witness testifies:
Gustav Golisch was a guard who supervised the work teams at the mill in Babice. He beat and broke the ribs of one prisoner, whose name I do not know, for taking 25 kg of groats. The prisoner died the following day.
Golisch beat me with a hunting crop and the butt of a pistol for wanting to get myself some shoes and reported me to the guard commander for punishment. However, he let me off because he was happy with my work.
In my presence [Golisch] killed three prisoners with a blow to the head.
The report was read out and signed.
