1. Date and place of execution:

About 7 November 1943, Parchocin, Pawłów [commune].

2. Type of execution (shooting, hanging, etc.):

Shooting.

3. Personal data of the murdered victims:

Poles, Jews, foreigners: Poles.

Number of murdered victims: 9.

The victims were brought in from: Parchocin, Błotnowola.

Surnames, ages, professions/occupations, addresses:

1) Jan Dziura, 2) Stanisław Gądek, 3) Kazimierz Skowron, 4) Paweł Czekaj, 5) Stanisław Żelazny, 6) Tomasz Sosin, 7) Teofil Kumorek, 8) Teofil Czekaj – all from Parchocin, Pawłów commune, and 9) Józef Kuropatka from Błotnowola, Pawłów commune, Stopnica district. All of them were farmers.

4. Is it known what the victims were accused of, whether the execution was carried out in retaliation, etc.?

The victims were accused of arms possession and partisan activities.

5. Who carried out the execution (gendarmes, Gestapo men, SS men, policemen, the Wehrmacht)?

Schutzpolizei from Nowy Korczyn.

6. Are the surnames of the perpetrators known (provide the surnames if known)?

The perpetrators were led by Fischer, but the remaining surnames are unknown.

7. Were the corpses burnt or destroyed otherwise?

They were buried.

8. Where were the corpses buried (provide the exact location)?

Several victims were buried in Nowy Korczyn, while the rest in Parchocin.

9. Description of the place of burial (graves, dimensions, estimated number of victims buried in one grave).

Five people in a common grave, the others separately.

10. Were the corpses exhumed, were they officially reinterred (report)? If “yes” to the latter, then where?

The bodies of all the victims are presently buried in the parish cemetery.

11. Are there any grounds for conducting their exhumation in the future?

On 21 September 1945, the contents of the above questionnaire were officially confirmed by the head of Pawłów commune, Franciszek Starościak, with the Municipal Court in Busko-Zdrój.
