In April 1944 (the exact date couldn’t be determined), in the Wełecz Forest.

Shooting.

Poles, Jews, foreigners: Poles.
Number of murdered victims: 11.
The victims were brought in from: At night – it is not known from where.
Surnames, ages, professions/occupations, addresses: Unknown.
4. Is it known what the victims were accused of, whether the execution was carried out in retaliation, etc.?
It is unknown.
5. Who carried out the execution (gendarmes, Gestapo men, SS men, policemen, the Wehrmacht)?
Gestapo men from Busko-Zdrój.
6. Are the surnames of the perpetrators known (provide the surnames if known)?
Gestapo man known as “Hanc”; I don’t know his surname.
7. Were the corpses burnt or destroyed otherwise?
No.
8. Where were the corpses buried (provide the exact location)?
The Wełecz Forest by the village of Wełecz, Busko-Zdrój commune.
9. Description of the place of burial (graves, dimensions, estimated number of victims buried in one grave):
A grave of medium size, flat, containing 11 people.
10. Were the corpses exhumed, were they officially reinterred (report)? If “yes” to the latter, then where?

On 5 September 1945, the contents of the above questionnaire were officially confirmed by the head of Busko-Zdrój commune, Jan Skrzypek, with the Municipal Court in Busko-Zdrój.
