On 20 November 1947, Judge R. Rolmulski [?] interviewed the person named below as an unsworn witness. Having been advised of the criminal liability for making false declarations and of the wording of Article 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the witness testified as follows:
Name and surname | Zofia Elster |
Age | 38 |
Parents’ names | Adam and Maria |
Place of residence | Izabelów |
Occupation | factory worker |

Relationship to the parties | Feliks Elster’s wife |
To my knowledge, my husband Feliks Elster, employed at Neptun factory in Końskie, was an active member of the Home Army (AK). In December 1943, partisans carried out an attack on the cashier’s office of Neptun factory; one of the attackers was captured. After some time, the Gestapo arrested my husband Feliks Elster and [his] two brothers: Stanisław and Jan Elster. Four weeks later, my husband was shot in the forest near Piła, together with Stanisław Elster and other men, in a group of ten. I don’t know the names of the murderers who arrested and executed my husband.
The report was read out.
