On 25 October 1944, the Germans surrounded our house in Hucisko, Ruda Maleniecka commune. They were looking for some displaced man. Because they didn’t find him, they led my husband out of the house and shot him with a rifle in the head. I don’t know the names of the gendarmes.

At this point the report was concluded, read out, and signed.
