Regarding the present case, I am aware of the following facts. On 6 October 1943, my husband’s brother was summoned to the Arbeitsamt [employment agency]. Because at the time he was in the camp, my husband Bolesław Domagalski, wanting to know what was going on, went to the Arbeitsamt and he was arrested there. He was in custody in Kielce, then in prison on Zamkowa Street. What they accused him of, I do not know exactly – probably [he was accused of] sabotage. I do not know if he was beaten and by whom, I do not know the names and ranks of the executioners. On 14 December 1943, my husband, together with nine others, was shot dead at Herby in Kielce, probably as a hostage. On 25 April 1945, my husband’s body was exhumed and transported to the cemetery in Kielce.

At this point the report was brought to a close and read out before being signed.
