I hereby submit my report of 9 August 1945, two newspaper clippings, and 21 prints of photographs taken on that day by Jan Paulisz, the photographer from the Bureau of Information and Propaganda, during the recovery of bodies from the storm sewer at Agrykola Street (the witness submitted the above-mentioned photographs).
Photograph no. 1 shows the entrance to the storm sewer; nos. 2, 3, 4 show the recovering of the bodies from the sewer; photograph no. 5 – taking down the documents found on the bodies; photographs no. 6 and no. 20 – packing the bodies; photograph no. 7 – the body of Jerzy Kondratowicz. Photographs nos. 8–19 (inclusive) show the bodies and remains recovered from the sewer. Photograph no. 21 shows two helmets and a submachine gun found by the bodies in the same sewer.
I do not know who took the helmets and the submachine gun.
I would like to add that the photographs were taken on 9 August 1945 in my presence.
