Jan Zielono from the Criminal Investigation Section of the Citizens’ Militia Station in Kielce, on the instruction of the Deputy Prosecutor from the Regional District Court Prosecutor’s Office in Radom, with the participation of court reporter Marian Poniewierka, interviewed the person named below as a witness. Having been advised of the criminal liability for making false declarations and of the wording of Article 140 of the Penal Code, the witness testified as follows:

Name and surname Aniela Zdeb, née Orlińska
Parents’ names Wincenty and Tekla

Occupation house caretaker
Place of residence Kielce, św. Aleksandra Street 30

As far as I know, the camp for the Jews from Vienna at św. Aleksandra Street 26 in Kielce was established by the Germans in the winter of 1940. In the above-mentioned camp, there were only Jews from Vienna. After two months, the Germans released them to Kielce and they could go and live wherever they wanted.

At the time when the above-mentioned camp was operational, I didn’t see the Germans execute anyone.

At this point the report was concluded, read out and signed.
