Warsaw, 8 January 1947. Acting Judge Halina Wereńko, a member of the District Commission for the Investigation of German Crimes in Warsaw, interviewed the person named below as a witness, without taking an oath. Having been advised of the criminal liability for making false declarations, the witness testified as follows:
|Name and surname||Włodzimierz Włodarski|
|Parents’ names||Włodzimierz and Maria, née Fabiańska|
|Date of birth||1 January 1907, Warsaw|
|Religious affiliation||Roman Catholic|
|Place of residence||Warsaw, aleja Waszyngtona 106, flat 18|

Regarding the St. Lazarus Hospital (at the corner of Wolska and Karolkowa streets), I declare as follows: after the murder of the majority of the people in that hospital, 48 people, including 17 nuns (Samaritan sisters), were transferred to the St. Stanislaus Hospital. These people were brought to us escorted by some Germans, whom I recognized as the same Germans who had taken part in seizing our hospital and who had later quartered in it. This would mean that the liquidation of the St. Lazarus Hospital was carried out by the same unit, that is Kampgruppe Reinefarth Feldpost NN 00512 L.
(Cf. the stamp on the appendix to my testimony of 8 August on the St. Stanislaus Hospital).
